Standard UK shipping is free on orders over £50.

Express UK shipping costs £5. Your order will arrive in 2-3 business days.

Please allow up to 10 business days before contacting us if your order has not arrived.

International Shipping

International shipping costs £9.

Your parcel will arrive in 6-12 business days.

We ship to 29 countries including: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Monaco, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain and Sweden.

Please allow up to 14 business days before contacting us if your parcel has not arrived.

Collection

If you are local to CO7 you are welcome to collect for free.

Collection times are Mon-Fri 6.30pm-8pm and must be pre-arranged.

Details will be provided upon checkout if you select the Collection option.

Returns Policy

Terms & Conditions 

We have a 30-day return policy, meaning you need to have contacted us with enough time to send your items back to us and for us to have received them within the 30 days after you originally received your order.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. The book being unwrapped is fine, so long as everything else is in tact.

To start a return, you can contact us at hello@booksandbobsbypaige.com Please indicate your booking number and reason for return in the email. The returns address will then be provided to you.

A returned parcel is the responsibility of the customer until it reaches our returns address, therefore tracking is advised.

We do not accept returns on sale items.

We unfortunately cannot offer exchanges due to the nature of our business.

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will automatically be refunded onto your original payment method within 10 business days. If not approved, we will send you an email detailing the reasons. 

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and put it right as quickly as we can.
